Standing at the intersection of Vanderbilt and Myrtle Avenues, this 8-story 90,000 SF residential landmark redefines modern Brooklyn living. Designed by SO–IL, the building features a unique pink precast concrete façade with a “scalloped” texture that creates a dynamic play of light and shadow. The structure’s innovative massing consists of three distinct volumes connected by open-air, serpentine walkways, offering a “village-like” feel that prioritizes light, air, and community connection.
